    Deck built for snipers, specifically Karlee, revolving around high dmg, mobility, and economy, complimented with swap speed and ADS speed cards so that you can constantly swap Tec9 for common clearing, to a Barrett/Phoenix in an instant for Special sniping. This deck also features Util Scav (to compliment Karlee's 2 innate quickslots) to unlock stash, medstation multiple times, or warped chests.
