Support Scavenger is a must have as the first slot of your deck
Box o' Bags gives you +4 support slots vs +2 slots if your teammates are willing to hold support items for you in order to keep people topped off
Medical Professional is extremely important to keep trauma healed and add +1 life to people who get downed BUT your teammates should hold med kits for emergencies
Group Therapy + Poultice is an amazing combo that allows pills and bandages that generate a LOT from support scavenger to constantly top off your teammates with +40 Temp health/trauma prevention and another +20 healing over time and +8 to your teammates instantly. This combo allows you to constantly top off your teammates.
Marked for Death (+10% damage against pinged targets) + Shredder (+1% Damage per shot/pellet with shotguns up to +15%) allows you to help increase teammate damage against mutations by +25% but if someone else is running shredder with shotgun, you can skip shredder and only use marked for death with a sniper rifle to help pick off mutations.
Run like hell + Mad dash still gives you great sprint speed/distance despite the nerfs, you just don't have it if you get hit - but generally as the medic you should be positioning against the wall or on top of things, behind players and shouldn't be hit often and these two cards help you reposition before you do.
Headband Magnifier or Multi tool should be used in place of revive speed because use speed increases revive speed while also increasing the speed of many other things. I personally take headband because I do well not getting hit but it's really a preference thing as +75% is enough for sticky situations
VERY IMPORTANT: Needs of Many should be bumped up to your second card played (On the first map of the first act) if you're playing nightmare and not running this deck with mom - having +1 Life is essential in nightmare where teammates are killed instead of downed without it.
